Here is the best help for this type of thing I use this site when ever I can't figure out how to do something on blogger. http://bloggerfordummies.blogspot.com/search/label/video
On YouTube, there is a place where is says "embed" (to the right of the video). Copy and paste that link into your post. When you publish, it will come up as the video.
