New York City Ballet: The Nutcracker

Since it was Christmas time in New York I thought there was no better time than to go to the ballet.  The New York company was showing The Nutcracker.  I vaguely remember seeing this show when I was really really young.  All I could remember about the show was that at one point there's a lady who comes out a ton of little children come out from under her dress.  I couldn't even remember the story line.
Chelsie and I went on December 18th and had a great time.  Our seats weren't that great since we decided to skimp on tickets (so many other holiday things were hurting out budgets) but it was still phenomenal.  It's incredible to watch these dances and how amazingly talented they are.  I really didn't want it to end, and honestly almost cried.  If you ever get the chance to go, you definitely should.  It was one of the (many) highlights of the season.

I didn't know you were into the ballet, but that is really cool. The Nutcracker is the only one I have been to. Did you know I used to do ballet when I was little?
