Enemy territory

Tomorrow night I'm going to Fenway for the first time ever. Despite my loyalties, as a baseball fan I am so excited, especially to be going with my favorite Sox fan. It's an akward feeling because they're playing the As, who I don't care about. Who do I root for? I'm afraid I'll get distracted and accidently start clapping along with the crowd for the Sox. It's hard to sit indifferently at a baseball game.

you'll love fenway! lots of history, and sox fans are just as hardcore as you yankees. just put aside the rivalry and cheer for the home team, you'll have more fun that way!

The real question is how much guts do you have? Are you wearing a Yankees hat/t-shirt? You'll have a quasi-bodyguard in case things get crazy...

Really? I had to read this post twice just to make sure I read it right. Who does your brother root for when he visits Yankee stadium? Fenway is awesome, I love it. That being said, you go, eat a bowl of clam chowder and quietly cheer for the A's. Unless you are feeling brave and want a whole stadium chanting A$#hole at you at least twice an inning, then you wear a Yankees hat and hope a minimal amount of beer gets poured on you. Either way is acceptable. The A's are your second favorite team of all time tonight. And don't ever let me hear you considering cheering for the Red Sox again. (Apologies to all Red Sox fans who read this blog, maybe I should have texted this instead)

HAHA well I will admit I am not a Yankee fan (please still love me) but I LOVE their games at Yankee Stadium and still cheered for them. How can you not? When it's a good crowd it's too fun.
